Practice Roulette:
Roulette is certainly one of the easiest of all casino games to play, and many people will claim it's the most fun as well. There is something quite appealing about a simple game that provides so many different options for betting. This circumstance appeals as much to the punters as it does to the casino managers and owners. The additional appeal of long and even odds also contributes to making roulette one of the most entertaining casino games available today.
A standard roulette table consists of a large wheel containing number slots from 1 to 36 and a zero. For historical reasons, roulette tables in the United States contain another slot containing a double zero, or "00". The numbers 1 to 36 are colored alternately black and red, which also impacts on the betting choices.
The other part of a roulette table comprises a large range of betting areas where players place their bets before the croupier spins the roulette wheel and spins the roulette ball in the opposite direction around the wheel rim. When the ball lands, the croupier calls out the lucky number and places a special marker on top of the number located in the roulette number grid.
Betting options range from evens on colored and odds/evens bets, to long bets of 35 or 36:1 (depending on whether you play a US or European table). In addition to single chip bets, players can cover multiple areas of the board such as doubles covering two adjoining numbers with one chip.
The following table shows all the available betting options:

Roulette is one of those casino games where it's almost as much fun to watch as it is to play. Contrary to popular opinion, there are no effective roulette systems, with each roll being totally independent of any earlier or subsequent rolls. That aside, if you're feeling lucky, place your bets!
