National Council on Problem Gambling

The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) works with the community to reduce the

impact of problem gambling on individuals, families and on Singaporean society.

The Council was established by the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, as part of Singapore's national framework to address problem gambling in August 2005.

The organisation promotes public awareness on problem gambling and advises the government on the effectiveness of counselling and rehabilitative programmes.

The NCPG website also includes general information, news articles, information on helplines and treatment centres, as well as links to relevant research reports.
