If you're like me, you either...
1. Struggle to find Table Games that offer just as much excitement as Video Slots, and just as much payout potential as Progressive Jackpot Slots, not to mention realistic graphics, superb sound and a fluid navigational interface.
Or...
2. Are too intimidated to try out Table Games, as you're not too sure how to play or don't quite understand what to expect.
I'm here to explain a few state-of-the-art Table Games, found at Gaming Club Online Casino, which will hopefully give you more confidence and gaming know-how, so you can enjoy a wider variety of online games.
Blackjack
Also known as Twenty-one (21), Blackjack is one of the more popular games found in either a land-based or online casino. Face cards count as ten points, numbered cards represent their number in points and the Ace either counts as a one or as eleven.
Players are dealt two cards by the dealer. These two cards are added up and totalled. After players receive the cards, they can either ask for another card ("hit") or stick ("stand") with the cards they have.
The point of the game is to reach or get as close to twenty-one (21) as possible, and beat the dealer at the same time. The dealer can only lose if he/she reaches his/her maximum "hit" range which is usually 17 or if he goes Bust (exceeds twenty-one).
Many rules and variations of Blackjack exist, the basic fundamentals stay the same though.
Roulette
Roulette literally means "Little Wheel" in French. Players can place bets on either a single or a group of numbers such as, red or black, odds or evens, dozens, columns or baskets.
To determine the winning numbers, the croupier will spin the little wheel in one direction and then pelt a ball in the opposite direction along the circumference of the wheel. When the ball loses speed it will eventually fall into one of the slots/pockets, which will determine the winning bets.
Other than that, there isn't much else to Roulette. Except for the "0". If a Roulette wheel has one "0" it's usually referred to as European Roulette. If it has two zeros (a "0" and a "00") then it is referred to as American Roulette.
I hope this has given you some insight into the online casino world of Table Games. Enjoy, have fun and good luck!
